Summer 2020 is here!
Well, as much as we could will our way to open gyms, we are yet to be in the OK zone from government health officials. I have spoken with many of you who have found their own routine with fitness and couldn’t be more thrilled to know you are still out there moving! Tell me, what’s your routine look like these days? Lots to consider below – all neatly organized for your reading pleasure!
One of the most popular questions people ask me is “How long will it take to get back “in shape”? (good article here). That’s a big question with the answer starting with “It depends.” Goals, folks, goals… Are you ready to simply “feel” better? Do you wake up in the morning and say “No more wine during the week.” Or “I’ll get that workout in tomorrow for sure.” I’m here to help with some ideas. If you want in for some accountability, I’m your girl. I will check in with you when it makes sense and if you want me to.
With a little help from my friends… here’s what you can jump on!

Miss spin?
Me too! I’ve been busy with music though so can’t wait to get on a bike soon with you. I know some have been outdoors, some have their own bikes at home. Music motivates! Got a track you’ve heard and want to share with me? I’m collecting the “Post-Pandemic Playlist” for our return! Send me the name/artist of that “MUST HAVE SONG” Remember: You can always tap into spin playlists on my Spotify account. Search for “Lore Wainwright” and follow!
That’s It.
Stay safe. Enjoy your summer and just move!

P.S. I’m embracing my Italian name in case you were wondering – and taking back my full name
P.S.S. As always, please let me know if you want off this list – no offense taken, I get it!
