I returned from my yoga retreat in Sardinia with Loredana and friends a changed woman. Every detail of our retreat was seen to, from exquisite meals at Michelin restaurants to daily excursions for shopping at local artisans and breath-taking beaches. Not to mention the yoga and mediation – Loredana just seemed to intuit what our jet-lagged bodies needed and our minds needed to focus. This is my 2nd retreat and I plan to make this a regular thing.
