Identification of key focus areas and development of a personalized action plan. - 7 Coaching Sessions (60 Minutes Each):
Sessions include a combination of mindfulness practices, movement, breathwork, energy alignment tools, and guided self-reflection.
Ongoing progress tracking and plan adjustments to ensure alignment with your evolving needs. - Support Between Sessions:
Customized homework assignments to reinforce practices.
