About Me

I love to move – bringing joy to the body human through yoga and fitness. Especially with others.
I love to communicate – that means truly listening and using my voice when needed. Sprinkled with fun.
I love to connect – as a teacher, a coach and in friendship. I believe strongly that connection is at the heart of overall well-being.

I’ve spent over 30 years in the fitness and wellness world, working with everyone from high-performing athletes to individuals of all ages, shapes, and sizes—people navigating injury, burnout, aging, or simply life. My earlier career in both corporate and nonprofit leadership taught me that no matter what we do, our work touches others. And I’ve come to believe that how we move, breathe, and treat ourselves matters—not just for our own well-being, but for how we show up in the world and for each other.

That’s what drives me to create spaces—whether in a yoga class, a core-focused session, a retreat, or a coaching individuals—where people feel supported, seen, and reminded of their own strength. I’m here to walk with you toward presence, curiosity, and care. To understand that we are all “perfectly imperfect.” And that’s O.K.

My family is my anchor. My mom still inspires my commitment to movement, and my own home is full of the energy, activity, and love that keeps me grounded.

Since launching full tilt into Loredana Wellness, I can feel it — this is exactly where I’m meant to be. This work is personal. And I’m so glad you’re here.
